What surfaces do the brackets work best on?
They work best on clean, dry and smooth surfaces such as tile, glass, metal, marble and sealed wood. Avoid rough walls, textured paint, wallpaper, grout lines, peeling paint or dusty surfaces.
Do I need any tools or screws to install them?
No. Simply clean and dry the surface, remove the adhesive backing, position the bracket and press it firmly in place. No drill, screws or special tools are required.
How long should I wait before hanging the curtain rod?
For the strongest hold, press each bracket firmly for 30–60 seconds and allow the adhesive to set for approximately 24 hours before adding the rod or any weight.
Will the adhesive damage my walls?
The brackets eliminate drilling holes, making them a renter-friendly option. However, adhesive may affect delicate paint, wallpaper or poorly bonded finishes. Test a hidden area first and remove slowly rather than pulling the bracket straight off.
Will they fit my curtain rod?
The adjustable design fits many commonly used lightweight curtain, door-curtain and storage rods. Check your rod diameter and compare it with the product measurements before ordering.
Can I use them with heavy blackout curtains?
They are best suited for lightweight to medium-weight curtains and household organization. For long rods, thicker curtains or heavier loads, use additional supports and stay within the load limit shown on the product page.
Can I use them in the kitchen or bathroom?
Yes, they can be used for lightweight kitchen and bathroom organization when attached to a smooth, clean and dry surface. Avoid placing them directly over grout lines, constantly wet areas or surfaces exposed to heavy steam.
How many brackets do I need?
Most short, lightweight rods require one bracket on each end. Longer rods or heavier curtains may need an additional bracket in the center for better support and stability.
Can I reposition the brackets after installation?
Plan and mark the position before removing the adhesive backing. Once firmly installed, repositioning may weaken the adhesive. A fresh adhesive pad is recommended when moving a bracket to a new location.
